1. Free Tier & Commercial Subscriptions Overview
Bio Manager (hosted under the domain miqr.in) offers both free forever community plans and optional premium creator subscriptions (“Pro”, “Agency”). The core features—including vanity handle reservation, 8+ customizable template layouts, dynamic QR code downloads, and essential link tracking—are provided free of charge.
For paid premium services, we operate with complete transparency. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding renewals, cancellations, and refund eligibility under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable international commercial standards.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Subscriptions
If you purchase a paid subscription for Bio Manager Pro and determine that the service does not fulfill your creative or professional requirements, you are entitled to a full, 100% refund of your initial subscription fee within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial transaction date.
To claim your refund, submit an email to billing@miqr.in with your registered email and username. No complex justification is required. Your refund will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Cancellation Procedure & Term Completion
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by submitting a ticket to support:
- No Penalty Fees: There are no cancellation penalties or early termination fees.
- Retained Access: Following cancellation, your paid privileges remain fully active until the final day of your current paid billing period (month or year).
- Graceful Downgrade: When the billing cycle ends, your profile automatically transitions to our free community tier. Your vanity handle (
miqr.in/username), active links, and basic settings are safely preserved.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not be granted under the following conditions:
- Requests submitted after the expiration of the 14-day initial refund guarantee period.
- Subsequent recurring renewals where the user failed to cancel prior to the automatic renewal date (we provide notice reminders prior to annual renewal deductions).
- Accounts terminated due to egregious violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. hosting phishing, malware, illegal adult content, or fraud).
5. Chargeback Policy & Fraud Prevention
We urge all users to contact our dedicated billing team before opening a formal chargeback or payment dispute with their issuing bank or credit card company. Most billing concerns, duplicate charges, or misunderstandings can be resolved amicably within 24 hours.
Opening an unjustified chargeback without prior consultation may result in administrative suspension of the associated handle pending dispute resolution.
